Delicioso indeedDelicioso indeed This is a fresh ground coffee that lives up to its name (delicious). The roast is a bit on the darker side of medium, but it is not overwhelmingly roasted (this is not a starbucks dark-roast, thank goodness). It is ground fine enough that I was able to use it in my espresso machine and get good cremma, and still coarse enough to use with a paper filter in a drip machine (I am not sure how this is possible). My only complaint is that I wish there was a whole bean option too.
