Our 100% pure Arabica specialty ground coffee is ethically and sustainably sourced from the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil (single origin not blended), where it is produced by the Coffee Growers and Farmers Cooperative (Cocapec).

Yes! The EU Deforestation Regulation is a European Union law aimed at combating deforestation and forest degradation by requiring companies to prove that their products do not originate from deforested or degraded land, including protected areas like the Amazon forest. Café Delicioso® is fully compliant with the EUDR. This ensures that our coffee is responsibly sourced, free from links to deforestation or illegal land use, and fully traceable to the farms where it was grown.
Brazilian farmers sell directly through their cooperative, cutting out middlemen and keeping prices low. The coffee is fresh, high-quality, and delivered fast—often the next day with Amazon Prime.
Unlike some of our competitors, we don’t blend with robusta coffee which is not only cheap but very acidic and can cause heartburn. You can always bet on our beans to be pure 100% Arabica.

Mold produces mycotoxins, which can potentially lead to symptoms such as jitters, headaches and heartburn. Cocapec is dedicated to minimizing the presence of mycotoxins and mold in their coffee, implementing best practices such as optimal drying techniques, controlled storage conditions, and quality testing.

Our coffee is a medium dark roast which has been carefully roasted by the best roast masters in Brazil (the land of coffee) to enhance the beans’ natural richness and offer a bold, smooth and well-balanced flavor, low in acidity. The perfect choice for those who enjoy an aromatic cup without the bitterness of a dark roast.
Yes! Our rich notes of chocolate, honey and caramel make us a less bitter option compared to other dark roasts.
Yes! Café Delicioso® is low-acid, single-origin (no blends) 100% pure Arabica coffee that is smooth and easy to digest.
Preparation
Our small bag is 8.82oz (250g) which is around 50 Tbsp, perfect for brewing 13-14 cups of strong dark coffee or around 20 cups of regular light coffee.
Our larger bag is 16oz (454g) which equals around 91 Tbsp, perfect for brewing 24-26 cups of strong dark coffee or around 38 cups for regular light coffee.
To achieve the best flavor and balance, we recommend the following measurements, adjusting the coffee-to-water ratio to tailor your brew to your liking.
Standard Brewing:
- 1 liter of pure water + 80 grams of Café Delicioso®
- 4 cups of pure water + 76 grams of “Café Delicioso®
- 1/2 liter of pure water + 40 grams of “Café Delicioso®
- 2 cups of pure water + 38 grams of “Café Delicioso®
- 1 cup of pure water + 19 grams of “Café Delicioso®
Strength Preferences:
- Strong dark brew - 1 cup of pure water + 8 Tbsp of Café Delicioso®
- Regular lighter brew -1 cup of pure water + 2.4 Tbsp of Café Delicioso®
Yes! Our medium dark roast is perfect as it lends a rich full-bodied flavor.
Absolutely! Our medium-dark roast coffee, ground to the ideal size, is perfect for those looking to make a classic-style espresso to use in milk drinks like cappuccinos, lattes (hot or iced), or mochas. Plus, it’s an affordable alternative to premium espresso beans, offering balance and smoothness without the premium price. Our customers love to use Café Delicioso® in their espresso machine not just for their favorite drinks but also to create decadent espresso-based desserts like affogato al caffè, where a shot of espresso is poured over creamy gelato.
Storage
It is a state of the art valve system (PLI-VALV®) and it serves to preserve the quality and freshness of your coffee by controlling the release of CO2 and preventing oxidation and mold. It also prevents the bag from bursting or swelling due to pressure buildup caused by gases from the freshly roasted coffee. Learn more here.
You can enjoy your bag of coffee within 30 days of opening. To maintain freshness leave the valve intact, seal the top of the coffee bag and store in cool dry space.
